Showings in the greater Kansas City area are still on a steady increase. The “low” number on the chart from the week of Feb 13 for the Clay County area is actually inaccurate. It was 1379 that week. So there was a dip, but it wasn’t quite as severe as what you see on the graph. This week, we’re reporting in with an astounding 1878! Are we going to hit 2000 sometime soon?? Only time will tell! I can tell you that with this incredible increase in showings our showing service is really needing some help. They posted an ad for their Overland Park office trying to recruit more CSR’s. Inventory has declined and the public is noticing the activity. This is starting to finally bring some great new listings to our marketplace. Stay tuned—-let’s ride this rollercoaster together.
